CallSeed does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcription accuracy, or error-free AI behavior.
Call Recording and Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to call recording, consent, telemarketing, communications, and consumer protection in the jurisdictions where you operate.
Payments and Billing
Certain features of the Services may require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CallSeed during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
